Ethnicity
There needs to be an option that tracks your Ethnicity based off of records. I have found multiple lines I did not know about like Native American, African, Russian and lots more. I would like to see the percentage of every ethnic background I have.

Take a look at the "Pedigree Pie": https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/gallery-profile/a2Rf10000079ntdEAA/00056

ethnicity is very subjective
and just because a person lives in a given country - doesn't in and of itself mean they have a given ethnicity.
Ethnicity is different than country of origin or birth place etc - for which there are charts.

I suppose U.S. records sometimes "officially" record something that can be interpreted as ethnicity (though I suspect it's most often labeled "race"), but European sources basically never do. Given that ethnicity is a self-determined category, this means that for many of us, ethnicity of our ancestors is completely impossible to determine. We can sometimes make pretty good guesses based on geography and linguistics, but even a very good guess is still a guess.
(Ethnicity is a self-determined category closely related to, but very different from, language(s) spoken. Nationality is a totally-unrelated externally-imposed category based on geography and politics.)
