Why doesn't FS put more than one image in a batch?

Depending on the project you are working on, images of documents are uploaded into the project and then placed into collections with the appropriate labels. Some batches have one photo, other batches may have as many as 10. Frequently, the single photo batches will have multiple entries to be documented..it all depends on what batch you choose to check out. Hope this helps.
