Some Changes to Vitals Do Not Show Up On Your Following List

If a person changes vitals or relationships for a given PID via using a "Restore" button in that PID's Change History, that event DOES NOT show up on a person's "Following List". No report of that change will be made to anyone watching (er…, "Following") that record. This is in spite of the fact that it IS recorded in the change history.
