Whereas, the "Correct"/"New" 'Link' which DOES work, for Users/Patrons appearing, from/under "Help", on the 'Drop Down' Menu, on the Top, 'Left-Hand-Side' (of any) page/screen, being "Getting Started" is:

Therefore ...

Please address/fix (ie. CORRECT) the 'Link', to the option/task of 'Get Started with Family History', under under 'Recommended Tasks', from the 'Home'/'Landing' page/screen, for NEW Users/Patrons (ie. NEW Accounts); and/or, ANY (ie. OLD) User/Patron that DOES NOT have a 'Pedigree' (ie. have NOT started their 'Pedigree').

Addressing/Fixing of the aforementioned problem/issue (fault/flaw) ASAP would be very much appreciated; as, it appears that the access from "Help" DOES NOT appear to work "Immediately" when a NEW Account is created for a Member of the Church, most likely due in part to the 'synchronizing' of the Church (formerly: LDS Account); "FamilySearch" Account; and, the Church Membership "System(s)".

The matter was (found; and,) raised in a post, in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, by a Staff Member at a "Family History Centre, who has been trying to use the aforementioned "Incorrect"/"Old" 'Link' while helping/training NEW Users/Patrons (ie. NEW Accounts) who accounts were created at the time.

Whereas, through the aforementioned post, I identified that the matter is also the SAME for ANY (ie. OLD) User/Patron who DOES NOT have a 'Pedigree' (ie. have NOT started their 'Pedigree'); and, has that recommended task.

The Staff Member at a "Family History Centre" asked me to raise the matter here in this Forum, hopefully for a swifter resolution.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CORRECT A SIMPLE LINK (ie. URL)?

    This "Link" Helps/Assists NEW Users/Patrons.

    Please have this "Link" address/fixed (Correct/Up-dated) ASAP.
