    I assume you are talking about the Walter Thacker with ID LCRD-SG2. As you are sure of the facts, why not make the correction yourself? Simply detach the wrong parents and replace them with the correct ones.

    As Robert Thacker appears to already have an ID (LCRD-S56) and is positioned under his and Walter's parents (William & Charlotte) this should be fairly straightforward.

    However, if you have any worries about carrying out this procedure, either telephone Support or return here, where a fellow Family Tree user should be able to help. If you do go ahead on your own, make sure to attach reason statements explaining your changes, as well as any sources (a christening record, for example) that provide the necessary evidence to support your changes.

    I would suggest you might contact "Anne=marie", who appears to have carried out some of the original work on this family. However, as this dates back to 2012, I would not be too confident of any response (but worth a try).
