Cannot "Replace" a parent

The PID was copied from the tree and pasted into the replacement request - and I also tried just typing the PID in with the same result . . . I also tried searching for the replacement with a compete copy of the name and birth details which failed to find a matching record.

Any explanation?

Two steps instead of one . . . but the "replacement" still has a fault.

I cannot think of a logical explanation for this.

Jordi Kloosterboer said: I've had this issue quite a few times, but I usually have a marriage date and or place to add which foxes the issue. I suspect it has to do with some timing issues. The child is added to both parents separately but the parents do not get added together in a relationship. I'm interested to see what the employees say about this.
