keeping me from seeing common sources

Today I can not see a WWI draft registration. Dumb. I could see them before.
Same as many other records now require same. Dumb.
I can search and go and see them on Ancestry.com.
If you must not allow me to see them here at least provide the link to see them where I can.

It is probably Ancestry that have made it a condition of FamiiySearch's rights in making these particular images available on its website that this is restricted to users being logged in at a Family History Center.
There have been comments elsewhere about the apparently reduced numbers of collections that can currently be viewed from home. I believe the reason again relates to the fact that the contracts with either main commercial websites (like Find My Past and Ancestry), or record repositories, now have such conditions attached, whereas they were less restrictive in the past. However, as pointed out in another thread, FamilySearch never reveals any contract details that might be creating this kind of issue.
Disappointing we can't view more images from home, but not "dumb".0 -

But still horrible.
A link would be nice since most of us subscribe to some of the places we could see it.

I was on FamilySearch's case awhile back for not seeing as many World War I and World War II Draft Registration cards as we did a number of years ago. I did notice later, after my complaining, more of the World War I & II Draft Cards.

Still seeing a lot of the written World War II military records, and not as many of the original document World War II draft registration cards.
Anyway, I am curious, could you give us the name of the soldier you are wanting to find at familysearch.org. Others might help in trying to find the soldier, if we can. Maybe he is just not in the FamilySearch World War I database, as you state.0 -

There has been recent discussion about access to the draft registration records that come from the US National Archives (NARA). It seems that Latter Day Saints have more access than others. It has been pointed out that this would be a 1st amendment violation. Nevertheless, several months later the issue persists.0
