How can a library partner with FamilySearch to make its content available to the genealogical commun

If familsearch could digitize those records and make them available they will be preserved. Everyone who works at the historical society is above retirement age. No younger people are participating. All these records will be lost in a few years.

Of course, your local historical society will need to freely consent to digitization before it can take place. If the society doesn't actually own the records (e.g. if they have copies of vital records created by government agencies) then it won't be able to have them digitized.0
