How can a library partner with FamilySearch to make its content available to the genealogical commun

Of course, your local historical society will need to freely consent to digitization before it can take place. If the society doesn't actually own the records (e.g. if they have copies of vital records created by government agencies) then it won't be able to have them digitized.
