Enhanced Edit Windows in Vitals Information

Lisa Olschewski said: In the "Edit" screen window under a person's vital information (particularly name, birth, and death), it would be nice to be able to scroll through the attached sources column on the right and the information derived from those sources while the actual information for that individual on the left stays in place. This would allow easy comparison between the attached source information for places, dates, names, etc. with what is actually attached to the individual in the person's detail page. (Allow right side of the window to scroll while left side stays in place)

Firstly, "Welcome" to this "FamilySearch" ( "GetStaisfaction" ) 'Feedback' Forum.

Secondly, "Official 'FamilySearch' Representatives", do monitor; and, sometimes, participate in, this Forum.

Thirdly, I am just another User/Patron, just like yourself (and, happen to be a Member of the Church).

Many Users/Patrons who regularly participate in this Forum who have a great deal of knowledge and experience with "FamilySearch", like to assist/help other Users/Patrons like yourself.

Finally, you can ALREADY "Scroll" down the list of "Sources" that are "Tagged", by moving that "Scroll Bar" on the 'right-hand-side' down.

Is this what you are referring to?

Juli said: No, that's not what she's talking about, Brett. See how in your screenshot the left-hand side is completely blank? It would be a whole lot more helpful for that to still have the name fields showing, like in Lisa's screenshot. In other words, combine her left-hand side with your right-hand side.

    Oh ... 'Thanks' for that.
Personally, I do not see that as a problem/issue.
    Hence, my confusion.

I agree completely with Lisa, only the list of sources should scroll. Everything else in the edit box should stay were it is. It would make it far easier to compare the existing information to the information in a long list of sources. This feature really should be put in place (restored?).
