Engineers: Allow us to update Birth Location info (etc) on same page when adding new source info.

Is that possible for the engineers to create?

I don't know, but believe that at some future time, we'll have enough information available during the source linking process to be able to update the existing information.

Paul said: I've always argued against this idea. It is far better to weigh-up the evidence and make your inputs directly on the person page. Your example is one I have experienced - e.g. birthplace "Yorkshire" in one census source and "Crathorne, Yorkshire" in a source later found. But what about those instances when, say, three different places names are found in three different census sources? I find it best to add the sources, then evaluable / find the evidence on which (of the alternatives) is correct before making a manual input.
