We are currently updating the hundreds of obits that we have online, and I have frequently used Family Search to verify death dates and other data for those obits. Since you have changed the procedure for visiting your site, I can't use it anymore, even though I have an account. Is there any chance you will restore the system you had for so long? It allowed me to check in for up to two weeks, which was terrific. And we noted in our changes that the new information had been obtained via Family Search, a bit of free publicity for you.

If you cannot access (different from use) the site, this may be a problem with:
a) your country no longer allowing the site to be accessed from within its borders
b) your internet server provider not allowing access to the site (for whatever reason).
Otherwise, there are a limited number of browsers that are supported, if this is a use problem: All of the following browsers are supported only for the current and two iterations back.
Chrome (Not Chromium)
Firefox
MS Edge
Safari
Internet Explorer is no longer supported, even by Microsoft.
Any problems with the above browsers should be reported in this forum under its own heading. Be sure to including your computer operating system and browser in reporting specific problems.0
