KWR said: On the create account page, it would be useful to have an outline, listing the steps to be taken - somewhat like the article available from the help centre.

    Create Account Article ID: 817

It may be more friendly to have a separate help page for making a public account. As it is now it says in step 3 of 'How do I create a free FamilySearch account?" ... "If you are not a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint, skip to step 4." That is a bit of a negative approach ... It would seem a little softer to say "FamilySearch is available for everyone. You do not have to be a member of the Church", skip to step 4.

If it stayed they way it is now in one Article, a more positive approach would be a gentler and kinder way.

Also I was a bit confused on the step 4 wording second bullet ... It may be interpreted that Clicking on 'Show Password' would change it to display dots not characters.
