Please Tweak Ordinances Ready

TKCS said: Allow male and female names to show with Ordinances Ready. I may have a male friend or family member who wants to help with names I've submitted. Also, I would prefer to have more than 5 options; sometimes I know there are closer relatives whose work I'd like to do so I don't go to Ordinances Ready because their aren't many options.

Cindy Hecker said: Ordinances ready is not for sharing ordinances with your friends. It is for you to have a name to take to the temple with you that day. They limit it to what can be accomplished in one ordinance session. That is why a male only sees male and female only sees female. It is working as it was designed. If you want to do more work for more names, male and female, and share them then work in the tree and add them to your temple list to share and work with as you desire.0

Tom Huber said: I do not believe that FamilySearch is authorized to further tweak the Ordinances Ready feature.
The feature was created as part of the rewrite of the entire temple reservation and ordinance section of FamilySearch. Some tweaking has taken place since it was introduced, particularly in the area of being able to review the names before accepting and printing them to take to the temple.
I have noted that the feature itself has changed very little since it was introduced. There has been some variation in the counts provided and I think it was the result of a discussion within the temple department. But beyond that, the same approach is used, including where the names are pulled from and the single gender approach.0
