FSFT "Attach Record" form behaved strangely with data from a Find My Past record.

These provided Isabella's birth and death details. I typed the details into the "Attach Records" form which FSFT opened and then returned to Isabella's page and went to her Sources. However, the indexed information shown there did not match the information I saw on the 1939 Register. Such a mis-match had never before occurred in the thousands of times when I have followed a Record Hint.
The indexed information which appeared on her automatically-created Source included Isabella's occupation and her husband's name (which were NOT on the Find My Past documents). And that created Source failed to include Isabella's death details which WERE on the Find My Past documents. In addition, FSFT created a title for the source which mentions the name of Isabella's husband (her husband was NOT MENTIONED in the documents at Find My Past).
Is this something that FSFT programmers need to look at? It certainly was a challenge to me in trying to use the "Attach Record" page to create a true Source.

Here is the URL for the image of the ORIGINAL Register page (from which I had already made my own Source document). It shows that the Find My Past indexed versions were quite different from what existed in the original. HOW???
