Roy F Hunt said: I received a message today that the Initiatory ordinance was completed for Henry F K Oldman (LKK7-X9G) had been completed in the Manti Temple, 24 Jan 2020. I completed this ordinance for this individual, 12 Dec. 1919, at the Brigham City, Temple. Somehow, it appears that the system is allowing duplicate ordinances to be performed.

Robert Wren said: Roy, the 24 Jan 2020 ordinance completed was the SP. The initiatory still shows 2019. (Per his ordinance page.)

Amy Archibald said: It isn't a bug. It is a human that used a printed Ordinance Ready card after the reservation had expired.

Tom Huber said: Yup. No bug. You evidently had the person in your temple list for some uncompleted ordinance, so any ordinances performed against that person would be acknowledged with a message.

Any is likely correct in that someone had an ordinance card and used it without checking to see if the ordinance was already completed.

The new policy of not returning ordinance cards to the patrons will go a long way to reduce instances of this nature.
