When you are looking at the Gallery, your albums will be in alphabetical order.
What isn't in alphabetical order are the memories in each album, or, for that matter, on the person's memory tab page.

I just took a look and this reminds me of the "custom" order feature for sources. Because the titles can be all over the place, the idea of manually ordering the memories in each album is a plus.0
