If you could post what you don't like, why it is not user friendly, and what you find confusing your concerns might be addressed in future updates. Unfortunately "I don't like it" gives them no actionable information.

"I don't like it" is a summary of the multiple issues that the user has experienced. It represents the conclusion of their assessment.

It is unreasonable to expect ordinary users to provide a detailed and complete technical review of an implementation, that's the job of the development testers, who should have already done that before the implementation went live. The fact that such an ill-conceived and poorly-presented implementation has found its way into the world seems to suggest that there was no end-user consultation to provide input to the design process, and testing was limited to "does it break".

For more technical details, just review the numerous comments within the community, most of which would not be here if the implementation had been conducted with proper consultation.

Please go back to the old format, or make it possible to choose which format to use. I have macular degeneration and I must increase the size of my screen font in order to see clearly the information. Because of this, the new format is almost impossible for me to use - I must scroll down and all over the place to see the information I need. Thanks

You have not posted your problem in the correct place. It would receive more attention at https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/316-new-person-page, if you are referring to the different fonts on the new pages.

(The original post here relates to the changelog and was posted back in 2020.)
