From where and what are you attempting to print?

If you are using a mobile app, that needs to be mentioned because they are developed by a different team than the web interface, which uses your local browser.

In most cases, unless the web page is designed to be printed, printing will be a function of your browser.

I cannot speak to the mobile apps.
