Still 110 years plus one day?

I've been watching a few, and trying to reserve them, and although they've passed their 110 years, the system still says "Permission required". Is anyone else seeing this?

It is the date next to the calendar icon that is used in calculations. This is not necessarily the date that shows on the person's detail page. In some rare situations when people have been careless with data entry, the two can end up different:
Also, apparently there must be some rare situations where something goofy has happened to the data. Recently someone reported on this board that she was seeing the same thing as you but that when she completely erased the birth date, saved, then entered the same date back in, the "Permission Required" notice went away.0

There may be factors like the time zone in which the person was born. Or it may be something related to the UTC date. This has been hashed around before more than a year ago and I do not remember if any conclusion was reached.
I do know that we do not record the time of birth and therefore, the next day after the 110th birthday (celebration of birth day) makes sense.0
