Stop expiration warning for reserved names during Covid-19 shutdown

Kenny Mazzanti said: While the temples are closed, please refrain from sending out warnings to patrons that reserved ordinances are going to expire in a few months when we don't even know when the temples will be open.

    Currently, the expiration dates are automatically being extended, so you should not receive any notice that you have reserved names expiring.
