When I tried to access the site via Google Chrome today, I got a "Your connection is not private" error. I copied the URL to Google Chrome Incognito Mode, and at first I got the same error. I clicked on Advanced, and a few other things -- I'm not even sure what combination of things I clicked, but I had to scroll way down to the bottom -- but the forum finally opened there.

I've never received this error when trying to access this site before.

Most people who get this error will probably give up, so they won't even see this post.

    You are NOT alone.
It was like that, inaccessible, for about 5 Hours.
I was kicked out in the middle of a "Comment" in a post.
I kept re-trying in both "Chrome" and "FireFox", for a while, neither would let me back.
I have only just got back in.
I do not know, there was possibly an "Attack" "GetSatisfaction"; or
just the changeover to the 'New Year' (well, for my 'locale', anyway).

I'm pretty sure that you are right. It appears that GetSatisfaction.com's digital certificate is reissued by Amazon on a yearly basis (approximately). The installation and activation of their new encryption certificate may have left a brief security gap where the site did not have an active certificate.

    Thanks, all.

'Yes', that was what I was getting about 13 Hours ago; but, could not get past it for about 5 Hours after that - not matter what I tried.
