It was working for me with Chrome on a Windows 10 computer. He was using Firefox, but I checked and it was working for me with both Firefox and Chrome. This problem was very hard to chase down and I don't know if it has been resolved or not.
Recently there was another problem with the Watch list that was hard to chase down and appeared for some and not for others.
This sounds very similar, that it works for some and not for others. Hopefully, it will be easier to chase down. I've checked with both Firefox and Chrome on a Windows 10 computer and my temple reservation list loads fine.
If the list is long, it may be that the system times out before loading the list, but with the pagination now in use, that shouldn't be happening. I have only a little over 100 names in my Shared list and far less than that in the My Reservations list.
For the engineers to chase this down, they will need to know what browser and computer system you are using and probably the numbers of those in your lists.0 -
