This means you will have to look at histories FROM OTHER counties to put in (example = Vandalia IL as capitol not part of her life while she's still in Kent, England).

Then when we detach the inappropriate sources and correct the event history, we will need to watch for that detached source to make sure it does not reappear, or if it does, the dismiss it with reason.

    Hopefully, the new hinting system will take care of the problem, but from some of the reports I've seen in the thread that asked us to check the hints, those from Europe are still problematical.
