Add Temple Ordinance Filter for "Waiting" & "Next Needed Ordinance Only"

Please add a check box to the ORDINANCE filter for "Next Needed Ordinance Only", so that when I filter for Endowment, I only see those names that are ready for endowment (printed or not printed). Goal: Easily find a name that needs Endowment (for example).

Tom Huber said: That will solve the current problem (that also existed before the new design was introduced) of seeing the needed prerequisite ordinances or "waiting" (where someone else has the prerequisite ordinance reserved) before we get to the desired ordinance(s) we want.
