Mary Finnigan said: With all the changes lately, it was difficult for me to find where my 'case files' had gone. I thought perhaps they had done away with this important feature. As my 'case files' are created while using Family Tree and typically revolve around Family Tree issues - would it be possible to access 'case files' from that screen?
Thanks!

    I need to refer to one of my past cases--possibly from year 2019. There used to be an archive in the Help section. Please help me locate.... Thanks.

    @Peggy Goad Atherly : Same!

    Heads up to other readers that this is an old thread, and now the contributor's Case Report pages are not accessible through the website Feedback link or the "?" or Help Center menus.

    I called today and was told cases were not saved. Not available. Nothing can be done. Disappointing.

    I received an email TODAY with a link to a recent case, and even that URL does not work. A little notice would have been a good thing.

    Argh! Wai! I want an emoji with steam jetting out the ears but this will have to do: 😫

    Fortunately for me most of my cases concerned the phone app or came up while I was using the phone app, and I submitted them via email. So I still have at least my initial reports.

    @Peggy Goad Atherly, perhaps you have some case report emails?
