Julie Barbara Bell said: A wonderful tool is to be able to type in questions and find answers. I am very familiar with family history work and the new site, but did not expect to find the questions feature under Products - cannot see how asking questions is a product? It is probably one of the most important features of Family Search so please make a box under Help just for asking the questions so it is clearly visible and it is clearly not a Product.

How do I ask a question in the England Genealogy Group? I used to do this but now can't figure it out. Sorry to be so obtuse.

Ok. Figured it out. A discussion seems to be the same thing.

A (New) "Discussion", in a 'Group', can actually be a number of things ...

    ▬ New Discussion

    ▬ Ask a Question

    ▬ New Poll

    ▬ New Event

The NEW Platform, is a little confusing, to say the least, at first.

I 'see' that you posted your 'Question' ...
