Sealing to Spouse for uncle and niece

I came across this interesting situation:
Georg Michael Philipp Anton Mayer (b. 5 Feb 1832 in Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany; d. 10 Apr 1908 in Munich [München], Bavaria Germany, GHZ9-6MP) married
Lioba Katharina Mayer (b. 10 Nov 1867 in Eichstätt, Eichstätt, Bavaria, Germany; d. 30 Apr 1944 in Munich, [München], Bavaria, Germany, GHZ9-VXT).
They were married on 8 June 1892 in Nürnberg, Bavaria, Germany.
Here's where it gets interesting: Georg was Lioba's uncle. Georg's younger full brother, Franz Anton Maria Heinrich Stanislaus Mayer, was Lioba's father.
Would it still be appropriate to complete a sealing-to-spouse in this situation?
Thanks!

If they were indeed married to each other, then you can complete the sealing-to-spouse. It doesn't matter if they were uncle/niece or cousin or any other scenario.

I have a marriage record, so obviously they were married. Thanks!
