Is it possible to request the details for an ordinance performed?

Is it possible to request the details for an ordinance performed: I would like to find out who performed the ordinance, which temple the ordinance was in, and details of person for whom ordinance was performed? search the birth date/location for my ancestor baptized and confirmed May 3, 1881. No temple listed. The record GS9S-MV7 for Edward Davis says he was born in 1632 in Boston, but I cannot find any documents from that time period in Boston to verify the year. Non of the Sources listed on Edward's person page provide any verification for the birth in Boston.

If the 1881 dates are correct they would probably have been done in the Endowment House in Salt Lakes.
this is a good article about the history of work for the dead

usually when no temple is recorded for the ordinance - it is because the ordinance as a LIVE ordinance - but in this case it obviously could not have been.
although the church has many of the originial ordinance records - they do not have all.
My own Yanceys were baptized in Illinois in 1844 - but there is no extant record of the ordinance.
Im still a bit confused what your ultimate goal is in finding the ordinance details (which may or may not exist)

the link you shared seems to be non functional.

I just realized what this issue is
that LINK is only available under LDS accounts
and at that time I was logged on as "Family BIble" - which being an alternate account - is not marked as an LDS account.

. . . most links related to temple work - are only accessible on LDS accounts.

Further to what 'Dennis' has already proffered ...
.
I am sorry that my response took so long; but, I had trouble finding this ...
.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
.
Can I find out who completed the temple ordinance for my ancestors?
.
Where is states, among other things ...
Quote
------------------
If the temple ordinance work was done after 1970, the temple does not keep a record of who reserved the family names nor who completed the ordinance, only that the ordinance was completed.
------------------
.
So, it does not look too promising, through 'FamilySearch; and/or, the "Temple" Department.
.
I know this does not help; but, I hoe it gives you some insight ...
.
On the 'off chance' ...
.
There still may be a chance that there is something (ie. some record) on, "Film"; or, "Fiche" (or, something else), that is available in the "Family History Library" (FHL) in "temple Square" in "Salt Lake City", Utah, USA.
.
Or, possibly even through, either, the "Church History Library"; or, "Church History Department".
.
Depending on your needs ...
.,
It might be worth getting in direct contact with the aforementioned, they may or may not be able to help (or, in the least, direct to somewhere that can help).
.
Nothing venture, nothing gained ...
.
Good Luck.

That is odd ...
I just selected that 'link' again, just now, this morning ....
[ 7 am, Thursday, 31 December 2020 (my locale) ... some 15 Hours later ]
And, that 'link' works just fine ... "Knowledge Article" opens ...
Just a thought ... Question: Were you still "Signed" into 'FamilySearch'?
Or, had that 'dreaded' TIME OUT ... snuck in

Been there, done that ...
A couple of times ...
I could not, initially, work out, why, I could not access something ...
That I should have been able to (eg. Ordinances; Knowledge Articles; etc)
Then, I realised at the time, I was using my "Test" (Non-Member) Account.
