What is a BOOKMARK; where are they?

I notice that after I post a question here; there is a little dropdown icon in top right corner of my post. When I click it; there is an option "Bookmark". Clicking this produces a message that item has been added to to bookmark list. How can I review the complete list of items in this book mark list - I can't find it !!
