keep in mind the link is a link to a site that is outside of FamilySearch and outside of their control. It obviously was valid at one point - but whether temporarily or permanent is not working today - as you noted.
the link would have been to a subdomain on https://cookcountyclerk.com/ site
they must have made some changes to their site.
it looks like this link might get you to the info in question.
