I get a "NO RELATIONSHIP" message on any ancestor beyond the 13th Great Grandfather or Grandmother.
Example: John Brayne (MG44-QX2). He is my 13th Great Grandfather. When I click on his father and click on "View Relationship", I get a NO RELATIONSHIP message. This has happened to me on numerous ancestors at the 13th Great Grandfather/Grandmother point.

Hello. @AnthonyArmes1 AnthonyArmes1
I got the answer in the Help Center.
Family Tree provides a View My Relationship feature to show your potential relationship to an individual included in the tree. In this feature, the chart can show 15 generations up and 15 generations down from the person you are viewing.
I'm wondering if the 13th generation does not count you. Like
Help Center:
A great Research source is Help Feature on FamilySearch.org. Sign into FamilySearch.org and your Family Tree.
On the upper right near to your name is a ? Question Mark. Click on that and when the confusing down box appears, click on "Help Center" at the bottom. When it goes to the next page, put your question in the Search Box. It takes a bit of time, using different search criteria to get the result you want. But likely it is there, just a bit hard to find.
Sometimes when the ancestor is that far out, I've had to go back and make sure that my patron has a good connection to that person. Maybe you can use Descendancy to do that.

FYI
.
Although, it can show some great immediate/close-knit relationships, 'FamilySearch' is not (yet) noted for "Digging" (pun intended) deep, into one's "Ancestral" lines; and, is only limited to x16 generations ...
.
As an aside ...
.
Just a thought ...
.
IF, you have not already; THEN, ...
.
You can always try (BYU) "RelativeFinder".
.
(BYU) "RelativeFinder" digs (pun intended) a lot DEEPER in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', than 'FamilySearch' does.
.
(BYU) "RelativeFinder" is one of the "Third Party" Applications that "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
BYU = Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah, USA (ie. the Church University).
.
From the "Family History Technology Laboratory", of the "Computer Science" Department.

Here is direct link to "RelativeFibder"

.
.
Give it a go ...
.
There are many 'Bells and Whistles' that you might find useful in "RelativeFinder".
.
Magic.
.
Enjoy.
.
I hope this helps.

Your 13th Great Grandfather is in fact your 16th generation (includes yourself). The relationship tool only works for 15 generations at present.
