If I have an antenati vital record link on one of my ancestors, I can enter the site that way, although it is very slow. Does anyone have information on what might be happening to the website? Thanks,

Brett,
This site has most of Italy's vital records starting from as early as 1809 through the early 1900's. It is organized by the Italians by province, then the cities and villages in those provinces where the records reside. It has been a fantastic resource to obtain birth, death, and marriage records for Italian ancestors. "The site can't be reached" is what I am asking about as this is a new message for the many users around the world who have used it to research their Italian ancestry.
Joseph.

I thought the website related to Italy, with the "it" suffix.
.
I was just letting you know that I could NOT reach the site, from 'my neck of the woods'.
.
IF; you have a previous "E-mail" Address for that site; THEN, you could TRY contacting them by that means - but, it may no longer work, with that previous (possibly, old) "Email" Address.
.
Who knows, with the current "COVID-19" World that we live in (eg. now SECOND Wave); especially, with regards to Italy (they were 'hit hard' in the FIRST Wave), there may be 'ongoing' problems/issues, with that website that have not/cannot be addressed/fixed at this time.
.
Just a thought.

Hello Brett,
Thanks for the feedback. I will check to see if there is an email. Enjoy your upcoming Summer. I hate Winter and the short days and am jealous you guys are just coming into Summer.

I have had a problem for days. I cannot get into the Chiala section of Naples to obtain a death record I located through using procetti. If you are NOT having a problem, what am I doing wrong?

I just tried it and I was able to see the Civile records for Chiala with no problems.

I can’t find anything quickly like I used to. It takes forever for each page to load. The old way was better. You saw everything at once. All the years on one page and you could click on the year and all the records would open up for that town and that year and that type. Such as Processetti for example. Then you could click through each page QUICKLY seeing a lo-res image but still readable. If you wanted to get more clarity for that image, you just downloaded it. Now it is ridiculously slow! Big waste of time. I can’t get anything done. And the old way had numbered “immagine” that I entered into my ancestry.com database to quickly find again. Those are gone. Old links are ALL GONE. Whoever did this to the website RUINED my ability to research what was once the best genealogical Italian website on the internet. BRING BACK THE OLD WEBSITE FROM SUMMER OF 2021. Please!

Yes Jason, I completely agree. This is one of the worst "upgrades" of a website I have ever seen. Getting access to your Province is backwards and some Provinces are not even loading when you click on the icon. You have to then go around the system to get in.
Also, I am absolutely furious that all of my hard work of linking records to vital events for ancestors on my website have now stopped working. I have read a generic note from the owners of the site saying they are working on it but how could they have changed the system without knowing people have been using these records as sources for their own family trees.
I can get into the site without problems now. But for months I used to have to click on a source link for Antenati to open. I kept writing here and on Ancestry if anyone else was having problems and kept getting no for an answer. I thought I was going crazy.
I only can hope they will fix this or revive the old site.

It's 'Brett'.
Just in passing ...
As an aside ...
You are correct.
The 'Comment(s)', by 'Joseph', have NOT been "Edited" ...
Whereas ...
The ORIGINAL 'Post', by 'Joseph', HAS, in fact, been "Edited", by ANOTHER Participant ...
IF, you have a 'look', at the ORIGINAL 'Post'; THEN, you will 'see'/note:

Now, of course, those 'Dates' and 'Times' are MY Local 'Time' ( ie. UTC +11 Hours ), yours will be different.
Plus ...
There is NO reference (NOR, indication); as, to WHY, the ORIGINAL 'Post', was "Edited".
Perhaps, it could have been, a "Move", to a more appropriate "Topic" (back then); but, who knows.
'Food for thought'.
Just my thoughts.

I just did a google search as to why I was no longer to access "antenati" when I found this thread. I share the same frustration as others. I have many links in my research referencing vital records from this site which was a godsend when I discovered it in 2020. I saw late last year that the format was changing and it was getting more difficult to locate records. I just checked again today to see if by waiting a few months, my past issues with the "upgrade" had been resolved, but now I'm not even able to access the website. It makes me quite sad that I can't continue my research on this site. Even other websites that provided links to "antenati" are no longer valid.
Has anyone found a solution? Please share if you have.
