    .

    FYI

    .

    Firstly ...

    .

    Just to be clear ...

    .

It is the "Helper Number" of the User/Patron that is required

    [ be-it, a Member of the Church; or, a non-member, makes NO difference ]

'record number' was a little too unclear.

    .

Where do I find my helper number?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/where-do-i-find-my-helper-number

    .

    Secondly ...

    .

You also have the option(s) to try adding them to your "(Consultant) PLANNER" via:

    .

    (1) "Username"; and, "Helper Number"; or,

    (2) "Invite" ... [ Which just takes a little longer ... waiting for them to "Accept" ]

    .

Have you tried either of those?

    .

Sometimes, I have had problems/issues with one; and, I just try one of the others.

    .

    Just my thoughts.

    .

    I hope this helps.

    .
