I put 2 documents on my mother's memory page. They are both stories. She is still living so I know that I am the only one who can see them. When I am on my computer at home I can see all the pages. Recently I logged in as me on my mother's computer in

Utah. I can not pull up the stories, but just get a photo of the first page. I don't understand that since I am logged in as me. Thanks for any help you can give me.

As as aside ...

As, it is your Mother's computer ...

.

Is the computer an OLDER computer?

Is the "Operating System" an up-to-date one?

Is the "Browser" an up-to-date one?

[ And, as importantly, is the "Browser" one that is supported by 'FamilySearch' ]

.

If, all the above are OK; then, try "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; "Cache"; and, "Download History", of the "Browser".

.

Sometimes, such have not been "Cleared"; and, subsequently "Updated", for such a long time, that they DO NOT recognise the current functionality of a "Programme" (eg. 'FamilySearch').

you are right - it should not matter what computer you log in as - you should see the same info and pages.
