Translation from old Japanese Kanji to English

I received several pages of records from the government of Japan in old style writing. The few relatives living cannot read this version. Looking for a way to discover past relatives.

Feel free to send me scans or photos.

If these are koseki documents, the writing is not particularly old or difficult.
