I am looking for Ann Jackson nee Borton, Anne was born at Kirbymisperton North Yorkshire in 1789 her
Referred to @England Genealogy Research @British Isles Family History Research by admin.
William and Ann had William born 1814 and Mary born 1815, they moved after that and baptised Thomas in 1816 and Francis Borton Jackson in Carnaby East Riding in 1819. I think they lived in Folkton or Fraserthorpe again in the East Riding. After 1819 I have not been able to find the family on any census’s. Please can anyone help me please

I can not find a death for Ann or William. I found her baptism, her husband's baptism, their marriage, and her children's baptisms and attached them to them. I also attached a few records from FindMyPast as well. I am about to attach images to William and their son William of the baptism records. I found many duplicates and cleaned them up. Each of the children's baptisms and been indexed in twice and created duplicates. You can see the parents for both Ann and William attached. I also found Ann's mother's baptism. Ann's ID is: MG1B-B97 Someone had her birth as Kellington but her baptism has Kirby Misperton as her home as well. I will attach that image as well so you can see it. I don't know if they possibly moved before dying? It's a common name (Jackson) and I searched death records in Yorkshire over a long period of time. I could have missed it. Good Luck!! Kathy

There are a lot of duplicates as you go back. Their parents, grandparents. So there is a lot of merging you can do! There may be more missing children as well, and siblings for Ann.

PS Burton Agnes is the parish for Gransmoor, but the younger kids were baptised in Carnaby parish nearby. I don't know if they moved, as there is no census yet.

Thank you for your help this is the first time I have asked a question on this site. Did you say you had found a birth for the father William married to Ann nee Borton? I am wondering if it's possible Ann and William emigrated as I just cannot find them anywhere.

Yes, I found a Christening record and it’s attached to him in FS.

They could have emigrated, since I can’t find them. But they have such common names, there are several possibilities in nearby towns, just no way to be sure if it’s them.

Okay I attached that to him, and the image under Memories. If you click on my name in blue, it will take you to "my page", and you can then in the upper right message me. I also attached records for Ann, the children, and some of the grandparents and great grandparents as well. Hopefully this helps! Is Ann an ancestor?

Hi, thanks very much for the images, I have added them to my tree. But I think it may be the wrong wedding attached to them, there was another Jackson/Burton wedding, and theirs should be 1812 not 1809?

Sorry, I never received a message about your latest reply until now. Good Grief. Did you find everything you needed?
