I'm not sure what you're asking, but in FamilySearch/Family Tree you can bring up a person and click on "View my Relationship" to see how you are related to that person. Is this what you mean?

Thank you, but no. I think it is about a device which allows you to know if one of you "relatives" is actually near you physically (if that person has the same device of course) And, I need to know what would be a translation into french...

Vanizette, here is an article about finding Relatives Around Me. Perhaps you can translate the article into French to share with others.

I am glad! Thanks for checking back in and letting us know that you had found what you were looking for.

Who will you share this with? It is definitely fun to use in genealogical conferences or other gatherings. I have seen it used in church or genealogical societies.

You can use Relative Finder to find out how you are related to people that you are not in close proximity to: https://relativefinder.org/#/main

This can be shared with others by email. You start a group and invite people to join and see if they are related to you. As an example, I have just created FamilySearch Community Group at Relative Finder: https://relativefinder.org/#/groups/192645

Anyone can join. There is no password required for this group. If you are uncomfortable with a public group, you can create a private group. Relative Finder does require access to your FamilySearch tree to find who is related to you.
