I need access to a book found in the library. Can someone do research for me in that title although the library is closed to patrons?

You might try using the World Catalog to determine if a copy of the book you are interested in might be at accessible at a library near you. Or, if your local public library is open you could try to acquire the book through inter-library loan. However, our local library has only limited option openings at this time and is not accepting inter-library loan requests. I have acquired access to many books and microfilms (from state archives or state libraries not from Church of Jesus Christ microfilm collection) in this way in the past -

The catalog entry for the title: Landrum-Lyon-Rippetoe connection indicates that the library has a physical copy of the book on the 3rd floor. It has not yet been digitized.

When you want to look at a book that is not yet digitized, you have a few options:

You can click the link for WorldCat right there on the catalog page to see if a public library as a copy. If so, you can visit the public library or request an Inter-library loan. This particular book only seems to be in the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, and they do not do inter-library loans. So, let's look at other options.
