Hey that is great! FamilySearch employees are busy in many areas, however we need the help of Community members and FamilySearch patrons to let us know when they find issues that need checked into. I appreciate that you sought out answers and that someone will be checking the batches right away.
FamilySearch has a LOT of volunteer labor. There is no way that the employees could do everything. We love the volunteers that help make such amazing resources available to others. I don't know how many hours of indexing happen in a day, but the progress that is being made is outstanding.
FamilySearch Community also relies on the help of many volunteers. Everyone is welcome to ask and answer questions. We need volunteers to help administrate groups and help the groups grow. I believe that as we all work together, that we can make amazing things happen. I envision the future of the FamilySearch Community as having many volunteers helping others find their ancestors. People will be providing answers, links, suggestions, and encouragement to their new virtual friends. Together, we can do amazing things.

Thanks, Carolyn. I've contacted Family Search and they are looking into the matter. I sent them a batch number of one of the indexed records and the investigation should start shortly.
