I traced my wife's ancestors back to Augustine Blydenburgh who born in the Netherlands and settled in Long Island. Can anyone here help me trace his ancestors?

His grandson married the grandaughter of Richard Bull Smith. Smithtown Long Island was named after Richard Bull Smith. There were a few more marriages over the generations of the Smiths and Blydenburghs. I have traced The Smiths back many generations in England. I would like to find out more about my wife's ancestors The Blydenburghs in The Netherlands.

Could you please provide some more details about Augustine Blydenburgh, such as dates and places, and maybe a link to his profile in the FSFT?
