I cannot figure out how to have have my whole family tree come up on the screen. I know I go back farther with my tree than what I can see, also only one part of my tree appears. I would also like to print out my tree.

Well I guess it depends what you mean by "whole family tree come up"

Im guessing maybe you mean the "pedigree view" with you as the home person.

 

You can get to that by going to familysearch (not community)

and clicking on Family Tree / Tree / making sure landscape is selected.

There could be thousands of people in one's family tree - there is no way to put them all on the screen at the same time - but you can navigate the pedigree chart to see each family member.
