3 Scott Maxwell's listed?
On the merge for Scott Dee Maxwell, there's 3 choices, the first one has nothing to match with the 2nd and 3rd, so being listed this year I assume that one does not connect with the 2nd and 3rd. The 2nd and 3rd are the same person, which is my brother. Some of the information is odd: listing our mother as a spouse and a parent. There's also a missing brother for Scott, who is [name removed to protect the privacy of a potential living person]

Presuming you are looking at https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/KWCG-942, there is a single profile attached to his parents 3 times. That is usually the result of a merge. There is also a duplicate for his mother.
