Why is Family Search deleting attached memories?

Today I discovered through my Following List, that Family Search deleted quite a few Photos which were attached by another user in 2022. 🤔 No Reason Statement for these Action were given.

Some examples:

Could one of the moderators or staff members provide some clarification on this matter?

@Karin van Ravenzwaaij-Pluijlaar thank you for this information. This can be frustrating. Please give me some time to look into this and see if it was a system update or some other problem. I'll reply as soon as I have some information.

It's entirely possible that the automated processes that check uploaded images for compliance with policy

have removed some of these memories from view (it often happens long after initial upload). The original submitter of the Memory will have received email(s) about this, to which they can reply requesting human review (which often makes the image available again).

@MandyShaw1 That process I know and have allready experienced that myself on a few occasions.

But, bulk deleting all (!) attached memories in the profiles by FS 4+ years (!) after uploading doesn't look like the normal process to me.

Looks more like the mysteriuos bulk changing of the husband/wife order in couples without seeing any difference afterwards by FS.

I noticed that FamilySearch deleted a large number of memories from one of my ancestors. I know who uploaded them, and I know most of the uploads violated T&C of various sites. I was rather glad to see them gone.

@Áine.ní.Donnghaile If you look at the Change Log from one of the above Profiles, was it the same User as in your case?

Not that I see; I checked a few of yours. Different contributor than the one on my ancestor.
