Good Afternoon!

Asking for some much needed help.

I have searched high and low for the birth Certificate, Baptism Certificatew and Marriage Certificate of my Great Grandfather Manuel Reyes FS ID # G771-7SC around the Moca Area in the Dominican Republic. We estimate his DOB of Birth as 1828 due to a Death Certificate from 1914 that states a Manuel Reyes of Canca La Piedra, Dominican Republic died @ age 86 .

The death certificate did not list his wife or his parents. We assumed that was his Death Certificate.

He was married to Florentina Holguin FS ID # G77B-TG2. Their first child that we can find was Justo Reyes born in 1859 in Moca Dominican Republic. There is a big gap between Manuel and the birth of his first child Justo.

Manuel and Florentina appear on a lot of documents as witnesses to birth, baptism and or wedding.

Currently this is my wall on the tree.

@JoseReyes7 you may perhaps find this Research Wiki page useful, if you have not seen it: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Dominican_Republic_Genealogy

Edit: I have just realised you'd also posted on the Latin American and Caribbean Group here:

and received quite a bit of advice including the same Wiki link I just provided, apologies for the duplication.
