First, if you could send a screenshot of the message then I can focus a response more clearly. The general response to this question is when you receive an "Account Not Authorized" error when trying to sign in, try deleting the temporary files and cookies stored in your browser. Le me know if you need help doing that on your particular browser.

Also, you might try opening your browser, if you're logging in from your computer, under an incognito or "private" option. That opens a session that isn't carrying your cookies and settings from your regular browser usage. It can sometimes bypass any cookie issues or other things that might be happening. Right-clicking the icon can bring up the option, among others.
