Help for searching the community

In the community Help dialog, I clicked on the suggested topic "Searching FamilySearch Community". Here is the result:

This is less than helpful. If I then click on Give feedback, I apparently get to participate in a survey which consists solely of choosing one of several ratings on a scale of low to high, and that's it. If I repeat this process, Give feedback tells me that I have already participated in the survey, and that's that.

With regard to my original purpose of finding a some help on searching, if I click on OPEN IN A NEW TAB, I do get to the article that I was looking for. Given the initial response, it's not obvious that there would be any point in opening a new tab. Can this initial response be improved?

Update (separate comment because it looks like I will lose the image if I edit the original post)

    • This behaviour occurs for each of the suggested topics in the help dialog.
    • If I open the topic in a new tab, as suggested, then click the Help toolbar icon in the new tab, the relevant content does appear in the help dialog, Then if I click BACK to get to the opening help, and click another suggested topic, the appropriate content does appear in the Help window, but only in that new tab.
