What do you mean by your 'Question'?

    .

Has the "Ordinance" Work for a "Deceased" individual/person changed during a "Merge"/"Combine"?

    .

"Ordinance" Work that is "Completed" for "Deceased" individuals/persons is never lost; as, there is a "Temple" (Work) Database that is connected to; but, separate from the "Family Tree" Database.

    .

    Please explain.

    .

    Firstly ...

    .

If a person has not been deceased for a year and a day, Family Tree shows the ordinance status of "Not Ready."

    .

Here is a "Knowledge Article" in "FamilySearch" on that:

    .

The ordinances for a recently deceased individual are listed as "Not Ready"

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/salesforce/viewArticle?urlname=Ordinances-for-a-recently-deceased-person-show-Not-Ready-1381815032790&lang=en_US

    .

    Secondly ...

    .

Provided that they were NOT recently deceased (as above) ...

    .

Do you (or, someone) still have the "Cards" with the "Ordinances" as "Completed"?

(ie. "Stamp" with "Temple" and "Date", with "Red" 'Ticks').

    .

IF, you (or, someone) does; THEN, "Scan" the "Cards" and submit 'Support' Cases for each of the individuals/persons concerned; and, attach to each the "Scan" of the relevant "Card", REQUESTING the "Ordinance" Work be RECORDED.

    .

Here is a "Knowledge Article" in "FamilySearch" on that:

    .

Family Tree doesn't show the temple ordinances that I completed recently

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/salesforce/viewArticle?urlname=Family-name-card-shows-ordinance-is-done-Family-Tree-does-not&lang=en_US

    .

And, here is a additional "Knowledge Article" in "FamilySearch":

    .

What should I do when ordinances are missing in Family Tree?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/salesforce/viewArticle?urlname=Missing-ordinances-in-Family-Tree&lang=en

    .

    I hope this helps.

    ps:

    .

Does the aforementioned address the matter of "... Some other work cannot be done without the correct information entered for her ..."; and, "... How do I get the correct information in so that I can do additional work for her and her family? ..."?

    .

Was the work done by herself when she was living? If so then her church record needs to be located to see if it is marked deceased. Also check the recent changes log to see if there are any merges

Do the ID numbers match? are you truly looking at the same people or copies of the same people, that is what I would check first.

When Ordinances are missing in Family Search/Family tree first look for duplicates in case the Ordinances have been attached to a different record. If the Ordinances are still no found, Contact Family Search by phone, email or Chat and be prepared to provide name, ID of the Person whose Ordinances are missing, your relationship to that individual, according to your records, the date and place the Ordinances were completed, and, if available, Scan in the the Ordinance card showing the completed ordinances,

What should I do when ordinances are missing in Family Tree?

If the Ordinances are missing for recently deceased,

My aunt's (mother's side) ordinance work was done but my family tree says it has not been done. Some other work cannot be done without the correct information entered for her.

How do I get the correct information in so that I can do additional work for her and her family?

I have a friend with the same problem. I did the work for her grandparents, her brother and father but in her tree it is saying her mother's work has not been done and it has been.
