Birthplace error when performing searches and toggling checkboxes

From the catalog, I am searching within "Ohio Deaths COLLECTION RECORD 1908-1953" and am running into an error:

Search parameters:

Last Names: Peck

Death Year: 1900-1920

Birth Year: 1900-1910

Mother's First Names: Mary Belle

Mother's Last Names: Pelfrey

Mother's Birthplace: Kentucky, United States (standard selected)

When I SEARCH with a box checked on any field and then uncheck the box and SEARCH, I receive the following Birthplace error:

I believe I followed the same steps to replicate your search, but I did not receive the error on the Mother's Birthplace entry.
