It looks like some Bischoff's lived in the great state of Ohio during those years. I can't find anyone particularly located in Kirtland. But, you might try limiting your residence search to Ohio and include those years. You'll get around 100 records to look through and many of them are from surrounding areas. Did you happen to spend any time in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia in the late 70's early 80"s, Gary? I went to school with Gary Bischoff.
