The specific image you cited, DGS 8172450, Item 4, Image 44, is the index page of the register, rather than a page showing the details of a baptism.

There are several Miguels on that index page, since it is alpha by given name.

Searching separately in that DGS, using full-text search,

the baptism of Maria, daughter of Francisco Josef Montanes, is listed on Page 89.

That record is on Image 146 and continues to Image 147.
I can give you a transcription of the baptism tomorrow.

There are a couple of words I can't quite decipher. I've represented those with xxx in the transcription.
